I set up Luisa Barnes Interior Design in 2018 turning my passion for creating beautiful homes into a business. I am a Chiswick, West London based studio specialising in residential projects. I am proud to say that even though we only opened the doors in 2018 we have already been shortlisted for the International Design and Architecture Awards 2020.

My aim is to help my clients create their dream home. I always like to meet clients face to face so that I can get a clear picture of what you are looking for. I listen carefully and ask questions so that I can really understand what you love and how you live your life. I then bring my design flair, attention to detail, experience and directory of suppliers and contractors into the mix to create beautiful, stylish spaces that fit with your lifestyle.

Luisa updated the reception room with a new contemporary fireplace and bookshelf unit and also wall coverings. She sourced new furniture pieces to complement some of our existing pieces and chose lovely fabrics for cushions and to recover a pair of chairs. In our bedroom we wanted to update our space with a new wall colour, lights and curtains and she brought forth ideas for all of these. We are extremely happy with the results.
